We purchased a property from them in October of 2014. At some place or another it has rained in our new home for more than 3 years. We have had to file a complaint with the Mississippi Board of Contractors to attempt to have them honor the New Home Warranty Act. According to Chapter 58 83-58-5. (1) (b) Six years following the completion date, the home will be free from major structural defects due to noncompliance with the building standards. New home buyers beware of the roof of your home. We had an inspection completed and should have paid closer attention to the multiple issues with the roof of a "NEW HOME." A new roof shouldn't have had any issues, but we now know the construction was shady and we have leaks in another dead valley of the roof.
