He bid on my project and called me quickly. We set up an appointment for the following week. He called a day of and canceled. We rescheduled for the next day. Not only did he not show up for our rescheduled appointment, but he never called to let me know, no one answered the phone when I called multiple times, and I still have not heard back from them over a week later. Waste of my time.
