Worst experience with an architect on cape cod. Came out once, never corresponded, answered the phone, emails, texts. Took the job and then ghosted us. He just disappeared and never explained why he couldn't be professional. Because of his lack of knowledge of how to be a professional,a dog house he delayed our project by 2 months. This guy is simply bad news.
