I do not recommend Mule Fence. They were supposed to start my project (contracted at just shy of $34K) on 3/14. I learned at almost 6pm on the 13th that they were not starting until the 15th. The owner himself was managing my project and the only work completed on the 15th was dropping off material. When I called to inquire, Adam asked me to trust him, and stated that the fence would go up quickly. Work finally started on Monday the 18th. The entire project was quoted to take a week to a week and a half. I was told numerous times by the owner that they would complete the project this day or that and if not, they would be there Saturday the 23rd to finish. Needless to say, the work was not done until Tuesday the 26th. There was a mess of concrete and vinal shavings left behind. The concrete was to be cleaned up by no later than 4/3 according to Adam. This was yet another broken commitment. I reached out to Adam directly today to request a small refund of $500.00 based on the missed deadlines, failed commitments, and mess left behind and I was informed that I would not be getting a refund of any kind. Between the project delays, lies, and mess, I absolutely do not recommend this company for any project you have in mind. Do yourself a favor, pay the extra money and call Tholl Fence.
