    1890s Duplex Renovation

    Over the past year and a half, I had the opportunity to work with Mulholland Electric on 1890s duplex renovation project in San Francisco. The scope of work was to update all existing knob & tube wiring, add additional lighting & switches & outlet, replace light fixtures, and wire for TV systems. Mulholland Electric was always prompt, extremely professional and polite, available to explain and answer any questions, and above all experts in their field. Not only do I highly recommend Mulholland Electric, but I am very much looking forward to working together on future projects.

    Electrical update and new electrical for complete remodel of 3 story home

    I recently worked with Mulholland Electric on a complete renovation of my fixer-upper home, which meant all new energy-efficient fixtures, radiant heat floors and the creation of a home-wide system for data, cable and phone. Ronan and Connlaoth were a pleasure to work with because they are very knowledgeable and detail-oriented. They had excellent recommendations about the type of lighting (fixtures versus recessed cans) for each room and spent substantial time helping me determine the the best placement for light switches and the type of switches for each room. Most importantly, they were very familiar with San Francisco's demanding and ever-changing building code requirements, so I didn't need to worry about any inspection problems! Their work was neat and precise, and they always had time to address my questions and concerns. I absolutely recommend Mulholland Electric for your next project whether it is large or small.

    Mulholland Electric up-dated the 80 year old electrical in my San Francisco home. Ronan and his team were professional, courteous and on time. The work even came in a little under the amount I was quoted. The difference was automatically taken off my bill. That's a level of integrity that is not often found.
