    Kitchen remodel, upgrades to living room and bedrooms

    We own a mid-century house which came to us as a blank canvas in 2015 - Damian Mullan provided the inspiration and craftsmanship to make it our home. His skill and expertise along with his efficiently coordinated team of subcontractors took a small poky space and turned it into a open, inviting and beautifully crafted family style kitchen. He assisted us through the best layout for our cabinets. When we got "paralyzed by over analysis" looking at the never ending supply of counter tops, back-splash and floor materials he helped us to regain focus on our original goal and keep us on track. Along with our new amazing kitchen he installed a custom made built-in closet for our sons room, designed hand crafted book cases for our living room and updated several details - doors, paint, trim and fireplaces - to enhance and complete our new home. Damian always kept an eye on the details of every project, coordinating subcontractors, deliveries and installations all while keeping an eye to our time frame and budget. Damian was a pleasure to work with and we would highly recommend him for your next remodel project.

    I was looking for general contractors to remodel an apartment I had purchased. I interviewed and got quotes from several contractors, including Damian Mullan's company. I'm glad I chose Damian to do the remodeling project. You can count on Damian to get everything done on time. I was very happy that his crew stuck to the promised schedule, especially since I had family visiting in less than 3 months. The subcontractors he hired were experienced individuals who did good quality work. Everything was done without me having to be present on the job site.

    The project consisted of gutting the kitchen and remodeling it, tearing down a wall, and remodeling the bathroom and laundry room. It included demo, carpentry, drywall, electrical, plumbing, etc. Damian always communicated the progress of the work and pointed things out that I should be aware of. He even hired a cleaning crew at the end to clean the place! Also, after the project finished, he was nice to stop by to take care of some small details!

    All in all, Damian is a trustworthy and experienced general contractor you can count on for good quality work done on time. Thanks Damian and crew!
