  Hired his company in Aug of 2013 to do our driveway that was cracking. Did a very nice job about 2inches of blacktop and no issues at all. Called today to have a crack done and the job was done today 11/04/15. response very quick with no issues at all. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing help with driveways. Mary Middletown De.

  Hired to repair a wall bordering my driveway. Grossly overcharged given the poor quality of his work and once paid never again appeared to finish job. Please, do not allow yourself to be defrauded by this unethical business.

  I hired Mullen in May of 2012. The job was not done well. He promised to repair, but did so only after 6 months and a lawsuit in small claims was filed. The repair was also inadequate as the blacktop is already crumbling after only 1 winter. I would not recommend and would be willing to allow anyone to review the job

  Do not hire this contractor. In addition to doing poor work, he is a bad business man and, worse than that, a bad person. I hired him to do pave my driveway in May 2012. He did a poor job, but promised to come back and fix the situation. After 8 phone calls and 3 months of excuses, his crew came over to tell me that it needed to be corrected. He did not come to fix it. After threatening with a law suit in small claims court, he set a date to come and fix the problem. Again, he was a no show, but did come the following day to paint over it. When I filed a claim in court, he came to my house to scream obscenities and wish ill on my family. The next day, he came and corrected part of the problem, but did not do a good job. I am finished with this company and I hope that my review will stop others from hiring him.
