    Go to the BBB site. All of the complaints are nearly exactly what happened to us. How can a business blame clients if the business failed to pull the permits or failed to supervise workers? Why else would someone hire a GC? While quality of work may be subjective most everyone will agree if its incorrect or incomplete. In one response written by the contractor to the dissatisfied customer on the BBB website, the contractor actually attacked his client's family. Build Zoom is correct, customers need to get many estimates and read many, many websites for reviews.
