My complex hired this company to install a dishwasher and microwave hood system in my apartment.
I would like to wear others of this company's workers who are not following COVID-19 guidelines. Their behavior and lack of basic sanitation practices during this time is unacceptable.
I witnessed both workers enter another unit without masks on at all. One of the employees had to be asked repeatedly to wear his mask properly as it was hanging below his nose. They also started touching personal items. Parts were not brought to finish the work in one day, so they had to come back the next. I asked what items needed to be moved before hand and their response was "I don't know."
The next day, workers needed access to the breaker, but we were never told that was needed. They tried to enter the bedrooms without permission, my husband had to stop them as they weren't wearing shoe coverings. My neighbors also let me know that they saw one of the workers outside my unit without a mask and coughing.
I am disappointed that this company would not take safety seriously during a pandemic. I would not recommend this company unless they make major changes to their training and standards.
