I highly recommend Munoz Plumbing honest company and the owner Raul Munoz is the sweetest person ever. I had them install a water heater and did an amazing job and are clean. I have been using this company for the past 10yrs, to the reviews that say they are late or dont show up on time I sure dont mind them being late because they always get the job done right.

Be careful! On the one hand, Raul did a fine job getting a clogged kitchen drain running again. He then told me the problem was an uneven grade in the drain pipe which he could fix on a separate call for an additional $200.00. So, I booked an appointment with a guaranteed time window. However, he did not show up even though his office kept telling me he was on the way.

I had a drain blockage on a recent Saturday morning in an apartment attached to my home in Montecito and my usual plumber was not available till Monday. They recommended Munoz Plumbing who always are available on weekends and I hired them to do the job. My house is 89 years old and the plumbing has been modified many times and no document of the system has survived. Two Monoz workers took 2 1/2 hours with their clean-out machines continually working at every clean out opening they could find. The root stoppage was finally cleaned out and the removal of the stoppage was successful. The clean-up after and their determination to solve the problem was impressive. I thought the $213.00 charge was very reasonable for a weekend disaster that's why I give them 5 stars. Dave

Zero stars rating. Dishonest contractor. Promised warranty but when the time came to deliver made up dishonest excuses and never fulfilled the promised contractual obligation. Couldn't reason with him on the phone, Raul got upset and defensive. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone for any plumbing needs. Munoz is a fraud and a scam!

I would not recommend to use them. I had them to do a drain cleaning in my house, they did it once, then the problem persists.
They came in for the second time, the problem persists again.
Then I have called them for a third time within a month after second one they said it is not under a warranty anymore and they are going to do the SAME work again and if it would not work(!) then run a camera snake.
It just sounds silly, they just do not want to know where the problem is.

I called to get an estimate for a sink install, and was told that they were too busy to come out for an estimate, but that it would be 2-4 hours and to call back for an appointment when I had the sink and garbage disposal. Many calls later, as the receptionist always had to check with the owner before giving information or scheduling, I had an appointment for the following Friday. On Wednesday, they called and asked if they could come out 'right now' to give an estimate and to tell me that they were cancelling my Friday appointment but 'might be able to get you in next week'. I was at work and agreed to meet the following morning at 7am. They were a no-show, and I had to leave at 7:45 for work. I left a voicemail at the office and received a text back stating 'due to the inconvenience' a different plumber could come out before noon. Once again, I was at work, so they came out at 4:30, but refused to step foot on my property because I have a dog. While I was putting the dog in the backyard, the plumbers drove off without saying a word to me. Now I have a sink in my entryway, and no plumbers. Completely unprofessional. I feel that they were stringing me along so that I wouldn't go to another plumber before they could fit me into their schedule.
