Do yourself a favor and keep your distance from this man. He made an offer to do work after an associate of his made an unsuccessful bid to do work and then tipped him off to the ijob.. Without any regard to what he agreed to, he took advantage of them at every step and failed to complete anything on time or to any degree of quality. He took payment for incomplete work promising to return to complete it and fix what was done wrong. After making excuse after excuse he ignored their pleas and numerous calls and disappeared. He turned out to be a con artist who lied to elderly hard working people who trusted him and although he was offered countless opportunities to make good on his promises, he never did. He thanked them by taking their money never to return. Don't let him do the same to you!
