Tim the owner came to our house for an estimate on October 4th, at that time he was given a $100 deposit for a job that was supposed to be completed on October 9th. Late in the evening on October 8th, my husband called to confirm that they were still coming the next morning only to be told that he wasn't coming and that the job would have to be postponed until sometime the following week. When my husband called the following Tuesday to see when our job was going to be done, Tim said we were penciled in for October 16th. That answer was unacceptable for my husband, so we call another company and had the job completed 24 hrs later. To date, November 12 after 2 phone calls and 2 texts, Mr. Tim Murphy has yet to refund us our $100. Tim Murphy is truly unprofessional.
