I hired them for two separate jobs, both of which now need to be redone due to the damage that was caused by Murray Brothers.
I hired Michael Murray (and Murray Brothers) to fix a leak on my roof and install a new bathroom. They completed both projects, but the work was completely inadequate.
The roof now leaks (and continues to leak) far more than it did prior to Michael Murray and Murray Brothers 'fixing' it.
Additionally, the shower stall in the bathroom that they installed leaks through the wall on both sides. I've had numerous new quotes and contractors tell me that the entire unit needs to be taken out and replaced because the installation was not done correctly.
Michael Murray claims that it was a defective shower stall and that it had nothing to do with the installation. I have had numerous contractors tell me the opposite.
Additionally, Michael Murray purchased the shower unit and was supposed to approach the company about the manufacturer's guarantee (since he believed it was the unit's fault). He never did this and is now asking money for me to purchase a new unit, which is not what we agreed to.
Finally, him and his team poured paint down the storm drain on my street as a method of getting rid of paint remnants. I was visited by the city as a result of this.
Avoid these people at all costs. Do not waste your time or money on them.
