  SCAM COMPANY! DO NOT USE Leaving original review below. BTW, they ask you to provide a review so take all those high reviews with some skepticism. To try to make a long story short, about 2 months after Must Air came I called as I wasn't sure if the A/C was cooling as fast as it should. I talked to someone named Larry and told him 2 months ago they replaced the coil and he said this is why we have a satisfaction guarantee multiple times. No mention of cost and any reasonable person would assume they would fix their work right? Wrong, tech comes and I ask him if there is any leak and he says no, I said did you put in any freon and he did the pinch with his fingers and said a tiny bit. He didn't even open up the unit which I thought was fishy. A day or two later I get a bill for 294.90 and I'm literally in shock. First they tried to charge me for a weekend when they moved the service to a weekend and again I never told them to come out, they said they needed to come out. The end result was 294.90 even after told that Larry said satisfaction guarantee. They claimed they put 2lbs of refrigerant in a 8lb system. Remember what I said about the tech and a tiny bit? Maya proceeds to tell me that there is a leak in the system and they told me that if they change the evaporator coil without checking it there might still be a leak. Yes because the other certified A/C company that let me listen to the leak was incompetent. That coil ran out of refrigerant in 3 days to give backstory. Now we are two months later and she is trying to claim that the leak is still there. She wanted to do a leak test and I'm not joking quoted 820 dollars. I immediately called two other places and one quoted 493 and one quoted 485 for the exact same thing. I called back and said will you match honestly believing there was no leak and she said no this is already discounted. Yes the discounted scam rate. So I have the company that quoted 493 come out and do a leak test, they actually said I didn't need the 493 test and for 303 they can leak test it with their best tech. He came out, 25 years of experience, actually took the unit apart and went in the attic and said there is no leak. I said how can that be if it needed 2 lbs of freon? He said they are either lying and never put it in or they left the test valves open. I sent them the invoice for payment and yet they have never paid me for the wasted leak test that a third party had to do to prove their scam. Somehow they still expect me to pay their invoice when I was never supposed to pay for the service in the first place.
  "I had called another place that said I had a leaking evaporator coil in my Daikin Fit system. When it came time to replace the coil, they tried to charge me over 1500 dollars when I had the labor warranty. I called Must Air and they told me it would be no charge, I only had to pay for the freon. True to their word, all I paid for was the freon and it was almost half the price that the other place wanted to charge for freon. The tech they sent over was one of the nicest A/C techs I've ever dealt with. I would definitely use them again!!"
