I hired Mutual Builders & Acceptance to re-roofed my home. The staffs always arrived on time and were professional. Their estimation price was also cheaper than other roofers. I would like to hire them for my rental home.

These guys are great. The day after the contract was signed (and it was a thorough, well written contract), a crew of 6 guys were at my home. The home had a foam roof which leaked (Sierra Spray Foam Roofing) and also a composition shingle section. The old roof was gone in less than 2 days and the new roof was on within a week afterwards.

Also, there were 12 skylights that they replaced and did a great job.

The entire crew were friendly and always were concerned about cleanup inside & outside.

I recommend Mutual Builders & Acceptance highly and I was not paid to say so.

I rarely write reviews but in the case of Mutual Builders & Acceptance, I'm making an exception. We contacted them about a very stubborn and hard to locate leak in our row house roof. Two other roofers had been out to the house and charged us for work that did not fix the leak. When we informed them that the leak had not been fixed they refused to return to the house to do additional work. Kevin was clear from the starting point that we needed a roof replacement. He was very patient with my several questions throughout the proposal process and even worked with me to understand the differences between what he was proposing and what others proposed. Conclusively the proposal was the fairest and gave me the most confidence in the quality of the work his team would provide. We've had the new roof on for two months and had no problems at all. The team's work was efficient, they cleaned up behind themselves and sent pictures of final result upon completion of the project. Very satisfied overall.
