I had called another plumber I had used before, not only does he show up late, he leaves to get another machine and never comes back!
So I had called MP and Steve called back right away and came the next morning. He rootered the line but thought my Main Line might be broken. Sure enough, 2 days later NO water is going down. He came back on Saturday and found the problem without having to call in a camera to find it! He did an excellent job and even added another entry point. Charged a very fair price.
Steve is Union trained with 15 years of commercial experience. He is a Professional plumber, not a Salesman. He will fix the problem, not sell you services you don't need. We are lucky to have him in the Residential sector. And he's a great guy too! I'm going to have him repipe my whole house soon - stay tuned!
I will only call Muzila Plumbing in the future.
