The new metal roof leaked two days after it was done.
Don Muzzy Construction came and replaced a rubber boot on a vent pipe,
The roof still leaked.
Then they came and replaced to pieces of metal.
The roof still leaked.
Then they came and put foam in the flashing and sealant on the screws.
The roof still leaked.
The bay window had metal installed on the top of it.
That also leaked. In winter it leaked and when the water froze, the window cracked.
He said he would come back and re-sheet the roof and replace the incorrect flashing and metal, but he never did.Don Muzzy Construction never honored his warranty.

Don Muzzy construction has done a fantastic job on my 1940’s colonial home renovation. We’ve torn down walls and put new ones up. He’s been easy to work with and helpful providing suggestions to keep the project moving forward. He did extra work for me putting in a new garage floor and driveway. Fair prices and quality work.
