Real client feedback. Luis and Jose worked at my house in New Jersey. Luis is a highly argumentative electrical contractor who takes no responsibility for his mistakes. jose is ok to work with, however, Luis can ruin all client relationships and leave a bad taste in the mouth. Thus my review.
They finished my job which was almost 15K, which included my material. However, on the last day after I made final payment I went looking for the left over material he said he left behind worth $250 which i intended to return. I could not find it anywhere and despite my best efforts to establish phone contact, I only got texts that said “we have not taken your materials” without showing responsibility for my money.
They also did not coordinate things with the contractor as a result, they didn’t come on days they should have resulting in delaying the project and costing more money. I would never recommend them to anybody as they were irresponsible with their duties, never took ownership of any mistake, quality of work is sub-par. I don’t think they were cheap, but I learned that always do reference checks before you hire someone even if they come recommended by your contractor.
Writing this long review, in hopes that it will save somebody else the heart ache and dent in the pocket caused by Luis and Jose Pena
