We have build new house with MVM 2019/2021. I took little more than a year due to Covid19.We are happy with the results. Quality is surpass and very small hickups during construction. Communication with Mike was very good and response to any question was immediate.Over all our house in North port is show stoper.Thank you MVM!!!

Our experience with MVM Custom Homes Inc was great! Our house is beautiful, the culmination of our lifetime dreams. From the layout to all the many details of the home, the work is meticulous. Everyone in the company was professional in their work. Our questions were answered quickly. We were kept informed of every step along the way and the process went smoothly. MVM made many recommendations to us in the design process and each recommend enhanced the final result. Towards the end everyone worked quickly and efficiently to help us meet our deadline of moving in. We would work with MVM Custom Homes again and highly recommend them to others.

Building my custom home with MVM was great. Mike and his team are very professional and will work with you on every step of the building process. They are always available to answer or return your calls, reply to your texts or emails. They will give you suggestions for your home on things that will make it even better, MVM has high standards on the work their subcontractors do, they won’t accept anything but perfection (things you as a customer won’t notice.....they will notice and will make them right).
Tile work is impecable, paint is flawless, cabinets and trim look great. Anything you wouid like to add to your home, they will make it happen.

Our experience with MVM was nothing short of phenomenal. We were hand held through the whole process, from the initial quote to even going out with us to pick out things like tile and granite on the final stages of our home. Mike is very knowledgeable and is a great listener; not only did he put up with us changing our minds often, but also didn't charge us change order fees like most builders do for changes. Even the designer entertained our unique bizarre ideas for us to be completely satisfied. In the end we didn't build a house, we built a home and a relationship with MVM Custom Homes.

Last week, I was referenced to MVM Custom Homes for a wind mitigation inspection. The inspector pulled up to my house a little earlier than expected and finished after about 15 minutes. I had the wind form emailed to me later that evening. Great service.
