    I have had a house in New Egypt area and lived there for 8 years. I was happy with the quality and finishing of the home and had had upgrades done with very low/ reasonable expenditures. I was in direct contact with the owner of the company who did a quite a bit extra to make his customers happy. I would recommend MVN Homes to build you next home in New Jersey anytime.

    We are the second owners of a home in New Egypt built by this company, and it is the most poorly built house we've ever lived in. Truth be told, if we could we'd tear it down and have another built. Obviously if we'd known all of these things prior to the purchase, we wouldn't have purchased it. The floors don't just squeak, they're incredibly LOUD, you can barely move the windows up and down, it's drafty, its not insulated consistently throughout giving some hot and some cold rooms, and I could go on and on. If you're looking for a builder, I'd run from this one and find a good one. Ask for references, go look at the houses the contractor has built. If I could give this a zero rating I would, but it wouldn't let me.
