I am very happy with Mike V. and his crew. They rebuilt 19 units in San Pedro , last year from the foundation to the roof. All 19 units were done with tile baths, kitchens with electric stove , refrigerators and
dishwashers, Vinyl floors, Mini split AC units, closets and earthquake-proof foundations and windows. All work done excellently, and finished 1 month ahead of schedule! The best part was Mike was $200,000 less than my local bids in Wilmington and Long Beach! You got to love that guy MIKE! he is the most professional , prompt and respectful contractor around.

MVP Builders is the only company that sent me an experienced contractor and not a pushy sales rep to provide me with a detailed estimate and Walked me through every step of my project, Moti was my project manager and he is an absolute dream to work with, he would always answer all my questions not matter how many times I drove him crazy with layout changes, he would always answer calmly, professionally and on timely manner, he had to work on 4 different designs for me until we managed to find the design that would work best for me and my husband, and as first time owners it could be quite stressful! But everything was done perfectly! The crew always cleaned the areas after each work day, and Beidy from the office was always on top of the schedule making sure each work day starts on time and each work phase to be done according to schedule.
Can’t recommend them enough, whoever is a perfectionist like myself and wants quality work done with people you actually feel comfortable with, don’t look further, thank you MVP!! -
