Mw Services

MW Services is a complete wreck. He was given a large deposit and must not have a Bussiness Account because he drove to Money Tree instantly to cash the check. In less than a few hours the deposit check was cashed and spent. The deposit on work to my house was gone. We heard of his shoddy work and cancelled the check easily with 12 hours. Money Tree has started legal action on us, because mark cashed the check instantly and told Money Tree that the money was gone.

He got cash from money tree and said he had to make payroll. Since he used cash it is easy to assume his employees are paid in cash under the table. This is not slander, a legally run Bussiness would have a checking account and pay his employees with checks that show all the legal deductions. The only other possibility would be he was scared we would find out about his shoddy work and he needed to cash the check before we found out. We gave him the chance to work off the money he scammed from us, remember, not one cent went towards our home improvement project.

It took Mark Warner of MW Services 5 to 6 months to start painting our house to work off the money he stole. The home painting was an absolute joke, disgusting, terrible. We had neighbors asking us "what in the world happened". The downspouts were removed and thrown in the neighbors yard. That was a huge warning sign, he tried to make it look like they weren't even our downspouts. He painted the house body and trim with out even cleaning the house. There is spider webs and dirt easily seen, especially right at the front door. As far as he was concerned he was done. The down spouts were the old trim color laying about the yard. When we told him we needed them to match the trim he said he doesn't do gutters and downspouts. He was perfectly ready to put up our down spouts with the old color right over our new trim color. The old color was tan, the new color was dark blue. Old dirty tan downspouts were not going to work, or the old dirty tan gutters. It was absolutely awful! With some arguing and Mark Warner of MW Services realizing we were not going to give up. He relented and said the gutters and downspout would be painted. We told him thank you and went to run errands. When we got home, sure enough it was painted, but as we walked up to the house you could see there was no prep work and the paint was put right over dirt and slime.

I am the original owner of the home and it has been painted by professionals twice before. With all the prep work and the house being completely painted, it took both companies around three days to complete it. They were professional house painters so of course it would run smoothly compared to a handy man, but MW Services took a month and that is without preparing the house first.

He original was going to do some home remodeling for us, we were lucky to find out the home remodel was way over his head. He was going to take all sorts of short cuts and an original vynil flooring to carpet intersection was going to be done completely wrong. If we would have had MW Services do the remodel I honestly think, especially now it would have been a huge mess and never finished.

Do not us MW Services for any work what so ever. If you feel lucky maybe a dog house painted would be ok, but don't let him build it.
