    Sometimes when a service provider does something so incredibly well it's hard to write a review. That's my experience with Marty & his team: there wasn't anything they did that wasn't beyond exceptional.

    After receiving multiple quotes for more than $20k, I didn't think I'd be able to have a front porch added to my little house until Marty emailed me his early estimate just based on my description and 2 pictures.

    Next, he came over & listened to what I hoped for and within a couple of days sent scaled drawings, a firm estimate with cost breakdown, and an offer to complete the job in 10 business days.

    As the guys worked, he also explained different options and prices and helped me pick the best choices for me.

    It was a small job for him and yet he always made me feel like mine was the most important project he had.

    He's honest, kind, respectful and the quality of the work is amazing: the porch doesn't look like it's been added on. It looks like the whole house was designed that way.

    I'm excited to have his team back to begin working on my kitchen.

    Kitchen Remodel

    I have never had a better experience with a contractor. Marty understood what I wanted and did an excellent job. I was having my kitchen remodeled and the first contractor I had to let go. The crew came in and not only fixed mistakes that had been made by the first contractor, but finished the job and worked wonders within the constraints of my small kitchen. They then came back and built shelving and hung a cabinet in the laundry room. It turned out exactly the way I had imagined it. They are all wonderful, down to earth people, who take great pride in their work. They are all extremely skilled at whatever they undertake, they pretty much can do anything. I will never use anyone else again!

    MLWC has done several projects at my home including finishing a room in our basement to a complete kitchen renovation. Marty and his team are professional, respectful and a joy to work we with. We couldn't be more pleased.
