Noe Patino is being sued for foreclosure for 103 N Ottawa street, another company he has. We gave him the insurance check and for months all we got were excuses as to why they couldn’t complete the job. We think he spend the money and that was the real reason the job wasn’t finished. It was over $10,000 they took off with. There is a article about the lawsuit on the Joliet Patch. We are also suing them and filed a report with the Attorney Generals Office for fraud.
