We recently just had our pool renovated by My Design Guide Inc. From the first meeting with the completion of the project, it was an extremely pleasant experience. The renovation was started and completed per our agreement. The quality of the work far exceeded all our expectations.

We hired My Design Guide Inc to install new vinyl siding, soffits and wrap existing fascia. We interviewed several companies before them and they were by far the most professional and knowledgeable. Emil explained our options and the materials needed for the job. He was professional and worked with us every step of the way until the job was completed. All debris was removed at the end of each day. He was present at the final inspection to ensure our satisfaction before we made the final payment. The house looks great!

Five stars are not enough to rate My Design Guide fairly. Our home was water damaged, and suffering from a plethora of ills left by a sub-par mitigation company. They corrected the damage and fully restored our home beyond our wildest dreams. Call them if you want excellent workmanship done by people with integrity. They maintain excellent communication and performs workmanship of the highest quality at fair prices. The team restored our home to perfection and worked patiently with an annoying insurance company. They truly go the extra mile for their clients.

I hired My Design Guide Inc to do a full home renovation and it was impeccable. Everything was done in a timely matter that we agreed on. Not only are his prices right but his work is also clean and quick. New Looks Home Improvement has transformed my home to one I love. Emil has always been in good communication regarding all aspects of the contract. Emil was quick to respond, took a little time to schedule because this is the super busy construction season, and then did absolutely phenomenal work. The best drywall work we've had done. Very nice guy, completely reasonable rates (more than some, but less than others). He was very clear about the approach he would take to minimize the appearance of patches, followed that approach, and the results were just great.

This company is so far and above everyone else that we use them whenever we can. They have built large, complex Trex deck on our home, and did an amazing remodel on our rental property. They are open and honest with their bids, are easy to communicate with throughout the project, and their workmanship is top notch. They make each project a joy both during and after. I give them my highest recommendation.

We contacted My Design Guide for our full condo renovations. They have a tremendous staff that works diligently to provide excellent customer service for their clients. The girl was super on handling the entire process with my Coop. The project manager was on top of the entire project from start to end.
I was extremely comfortable throughout the project that I am in good hands.
The final product looks beautiful, I am so happy to finally move into my brand new apartment.

My Design Guide Inc remodeled my basement into an office. The result is so cool. They painted, laid carpet, built shelves and a security door with a glass facade. Now I closed my office and work from home. Every time a client comes over their comments are that they are impressed. The floor was done right and the paint looks great too with my accent wall. The door was the hardest thing I think they did and it flows nicely into the room, opens/closes easily and I like the way it was diagonally installed giving my room a unique look. The installers were upbeat, professional and respectful to my family and me. I would recommend them to anyone who is doing a remodel at their home.

I have worked with My Design Guide on many jobs from drywall to painting and more. I have worked with him on projects in apartment buildings I manage as well as jobs in my home. Every job he has done is excellent quality and fairly priced. He is a good communicator and flexible with changes. We always recommend them to our friends and family.

Great company to work with, from start to finish. During my research, every question was answered and never felt pressured to buy. They were very knowledgeable. During the pool installation, every question was answered (and I got stuck quite a few times) and never had to call twice with the same question. My Design Guide Inc was a pleasure to work with, they came and gave me a solid quote with no hidden fees, stuck with the price they quoted me. Soon as I got the approval they were on it. They had my patio up that following Monday, they showed up early and had it done in about 6 hours. The installers were very polite and answered a few questions I had for them about hanging stuff on the patio cover. Very happy about it. It rained recently and no leaking whatsoever!

We removed a window and added a door to the backyard and had a smooth and hassle-free experience working with My Design Guide from the permitting process through the end of the project. They built a beautiful landing and installed a great door frame and door. They were able to get the exact door that we wanted to suit our old style house. The estimate was reasonable and the work was done in a timely manner. They left the house clean at the end of every day. We would highly recommend his workmanship and work ethic.

The service was excellent right from the beginning when I reached out to the company to get a quote, Emil was very communicative throughout the process and gave us a very reasonable quote, then he accommodated our schedule in terms of the painting our house exterior and when I couldn't meet him immediately after the painting job due to my work reasons, he once again showed flexibility and allowed me to check out the paint job and pay him later!!! I've dealt with lots of different vendors in the past few weeks as we relocated and are renting out a property, Emil was definitely one of the best vendors from both a communication and quality of work standpoint.

Emil is a master craftsman. As someone who manages real estate for a living I've had more than my fair share of "bad" contractor experiences, so when it came time to renovate my home I was nervous. However, choosing My Design Guide Inc was one of the best decisions I have made in a long time. From the project's start to finish I feel I was in constant communication with Emil: he would check-in, follow-up, offer suggestions/etc, actions you would expect from your contractor but unfortunately rarely receive. While my project was not without its challenges, what renovation isn't, the way he seamlessly navigated those challenges was nothing short of perfection, and the work speaks for itself. My only regret is that I did not start this renovation sooner with them, do not hesitate in using them, they simply are the best!

Amazing work!!! I purchased a fixer-upper and our only bathroom needed some major TLC. I requested a quote and received a prompt phone call going over everything I should expect. They gave me an estimate based on what I had mentioned and from there a scheduled appointment was made.
Emil called me on the day of the appointment. He arrived right on time. He was super friendly and very professional. He explained everything and every step of the process. Once my tub was complete, I almost cried. It is beautiful! What a transformation. He is a true craftsman and you can tell that he is passionate about his work. It truly shows! I am so so happy and am no longer ashamed and embarrassed when I have overnight visitors. He truly did excellent work. My Design Guide Inc team recently finished a complete remodel on my master bathroom and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. The crew's skill, care of my property, and attention to detail far exceeded my expectations. But what really impressed me was his thoughtfulness to me as a homeowner and client. Through no fault of his workers, we ran into an issue with plumbing and the city had to come to turn off the water and then turn it back on. They waited with me for the city workers to come out and get service running. He was not going to leave until the water was restored (making it just my problem). That level of consideration is unheard of. He believes in the client being happy not only with the finished project but the overall customer experience. I will certainly look to work with him again

I had a master bathroom in desperate need of repair and remodel and not a very big budget and no idea who to call. I found My Design Guide online with positive reviews so I gave them a call hoping my job was not too small for the company. First of all, Emil is the nicest kindest most patient man on Earth and his team is equally as wonderful. Emil helped me transform my bathroom into something more gorgeous than I ever even imagined. He worked closely with me on my budget and I feel that I got my money's worth for sure! So much so that I was able to redo my patio as well! With dimmed lights! so fancy! I'm in love with my new bathroom and Patio and am now saving up money to start work on the bedroom floor. These guys are trustworthy, respectful, on time, reliable, and fairly priced! I love them!
