Completely scammed. My first interactions with Sedrick were great. He was friendly and responsive, and remained that way until the work was finished. After the fact, when I really needed him, when I realized some major flaws in his fence work, I reached out many times and he refused to answer. Still has not responded. I feel completely scammed. He installed a new fence for me, and the timing was tough for me because we were leaving to go on vacation during the work. I feel this is probably why he took advantage of me. Upon returning home, I found many of the slats he used were warped. Ten of them weren’t even screwed in to the 2x4’s on the bottom and hanging lose. Then, as I was fixing his mistakes because he wouldn’t respond to come fix them, I found 80% of the 2x4’s were not even screwed into the posts! They were instead gently resting on the brackets. I found out by attempting to screw in the lose slats and the 2x4 completely came lose from the brackets. This particular 2x4 was 2 inches too short, and I had to move the posts myself to fix it. Just unbelievably poor work. I insanely overpaid (my fault) for below amateur results. One windstorm and my “new” fence would have been ripped to shreds. Even after emphasizing to him how badly we needed a strong fence. And again, where my disappointment really enlarges is the result of his lack of response. He wouldn’t even confront the issues and fix them. Don’t hire him. He’s nice, so he might get you, but I would never trust him again with any job.

Disgraceful and embarrassing work. Crooked fences, cracked concrete, nothing like the pictures they post. We spent thousands with this company and when asked to fix and finish the work they started, they block your number.
