I would never recommend Jose Perez, owner of "My Greenhouse" to anyone. He doesn't answer his phone calls once he was paid by the city and although the contract had expired a year later, he had installed my furnace incorrectly. Water was coming into the furnace through the pipes he installed on the outside of the brick of my home. At that time, he came back out and discovered that he had installed it incorrectly so he turned the pipes upside down so water would go into the ground and not into the furnace. He drained the water out, but the next winter there were problems with the thermostat not staying on long enough to heat any room in the house. Also, he would not come back to see what else was happening with the furnace and the thermostat and decided to not return or call me back. When the company did call back, Maria, tried to figure out the problems from their office, not coming to actually see what was going on with this furnace. This experience has been one of the worst I have ever encountered with a heating company. Now, I have to get someone else to come and fix what he did not install correctly from the beginning and to check the thermostat perhaps put a new one in that will give more heat during the cold winter months. When the furnace shuts off, it always has a very loud "booming" noise that may not be safe. This company, "My Greenhouse" is someone I would never suggest to anyone for repairs or installation of furnaces. I continue to have a cold house until I can get the money to have someone repair this furnace!
