First they came to my house with the wrong carpet, then a week later when they installed the carpet, there was a nail sticking through the carpet with a hole around it and carpet threads that will run, you can feel nails sticking up under the carpet, they didn't put padding under the carpet all the way to the walls or on the stairs, there are staples sticking out of the carpet on the stairs, the carpet doesn't on the steps of the stairs doesn't go always to the next step, and isn't tacked down, they put the old padding on my couch leaving it dirty, they left old nails on the kitchen floor and in the laundry off the family room, the tacks of the gold stripping are sticking up.... I would NOT recommend this company... they sent out an inspector to determine if the carpet could be repaired or needed to be replaced, would not give me a copy of the report and come to find out the inspector works for the company that subcontracted My Carpet World which is Ultimate Home Service, don't ever use them either
