    I highly recommend this contractor he built all of the houses in my development.
    now that I got that out of the way let me explain the people above and why they put up negative reviews trash talking this man. 2 out of 4 are full blown heroin addicts that were caught doing drugs on a jobsite. and the other 2 didn't pay when they were supposed to so a lien had to be put against them. I would recommend this man to anyone his attention to detail is impeccable.

    Richard Myford is currently ripping off a disabled man for $58,000. He has received the first 2 draws on the contract and has produced almost nothing. So far, only tearing up the property and digging 3 trenches. He's asked for 12,000 more before moving forward. He won't show any proof of what (if anything) he has done with the money he has received so far. It's not the first time Richard has been dishonest. But this could be the first time he's ripped off a guy who is bound to a wheelchair and was just hoping to have a home where he could take his first shower in 7 years!!! A home where he can be as comfortable as possible considering his condition. Richard has gone beyond his usual lack of integrity this time. Do not hire this man. Do not work for this man. He is a predator of the worst kind.

    NO, just no. Don't work for him. Don't use him for sub par contracting work. He still owes past employees pay from years ago. Says it'll all be handled in bankruptcy. Owed wages don't get covered in bankruptcy. He's just a thief.

    This contractor had a mortgage fraud cases in the past and has been jailed twice. I had subcontractors doing lien on my building because he did not pay. On had to go bankrupt. Very dishonest and many legal troubles.
