I've used Home Services Direct for two projects. Fence repair and large deck reconstruction. It was the speedy and quality work that was done on the fence repair that made me go with them for the deck rebuild. Both projects were completed on-time and on-budget as quoted. Communication was surprisingly well. I've recommended Home Services Direct Inc. to many people and I will be using them again.

Do not hire these people ,They are thieves !!! They are fraud and i am trying to get my money back from this company . They never came to work my cement and are avoiding my calls.

These reviews are true! I am the same victim of his schemes. Unresponsive, delays in work, poor work, increasing cost when not agreed upon. I could write a book with all the things that has happened.

Terrible and probally the worst contractor. Avoid at all costs.

Don’t hire this contractor foe your interior and exterior project. Make sure they have a permit or shut your door on them.
No response and lies and messy work that need to be re done.

Unresponsiveness, careless, unreliable. Avoid at any cost, you get one response and a different action.

These clowns are the worst and get no stars! They need to be put out of business!

I see that MyM One Construction has a 'F' rating from the Better Business Bureau, so I have lots of company when it comes to being disappointed with MyM One Construction.
I tried to set-up work for a week. Finally, the worker showed-up but I still haven't received a contract. They wasted an hour of my time before I finally got the contract. They did the work well enough (three small jobs), but left construction debris in my backyard without asking permission.
When I called to ask the debris to be removed, they said 'yes', but then did not show up. Further calls yeilded after setting specific tims on specific days when they would remove the debris,and, again, they would not show up.
I've decided to make a mess of my car while hauling away their debris and to write this review to warn others - this is a bad company. Don't use them.

This company strung me along for months.... Not showing up day after day..... Disappearing with my house entirely exposed to nature & extremely unsafe. Never paid for the lumber deliveries (twice) and the materials were repossessed from the property. Being left with mechanics liens against the property even though I had paid more than $60,000. The only thing I could say I am pleased with would be the driveway. Avoid this company and their various alias names used.

The reviews posted here are true. We are also victims of the same - continued delays, incomplete work, crew not showing up or walking off the job site for lack of labor payment, repeated excuses for not delivering on items, asking for more money when little work done, and more. There should be a consumer alert posted everywhere as they have defrauded others with lawsuits building up.

Martin Mondragon and Marie Jung are total thieves. I had a contract agreement with this company to install a new furnace and gave them initial payment of $7,500 to start the job. They disappeared with the money and never did the job. I am presently in court suing these individuals. They are total thieves and scammers. Do not use them at all. They have multiple legal cases against them and their company.

I was contacted by this company to do a job he never showed up to pay me hunting him down for payment is impossible I am filing a class action lawsuit against this conartist

he even had the nerve to have employee open up a home Depot card in his own name and he never paid his employee for the material he kept the money.

this guy does not finish any jobs and if he does there are nothing but problems that will not pass inspection

Nightmare contractor. They do not know how to read drawings. They do not know how to measure. They do the work the way they want to do it, not the way you want it done or what is the design. Then when he is approached to do the work per design and contract, he makes treats and walks off the job.

This is a very dangerous contractor.
