BUYER BEWARE: I hired Peter Dimassi & Mike (under Plumbing Solutions NYC - license number 2221). They gave me contract on 9/21/17 & I paid the deposit; after that the excuses started rolling in and they are still going on till Feb 1/18. After 3.5 months I was told that I need an architect to file permits. I have no issues with getting an architect but why it took so long for them to figure it out along with numerous cancelled appointments is beyond me. Now they have disappeared again. They have $7000 of my deposit and won't return my phone calls.
Please beware! I will be taking them to small claims court, filing with trade commission & 311 to report them. Unfortunately I will only attempt to recover $5K since that is the max I can recover.
