N.E.A. Construction is a family-owned general construction company and we specialize in Design+Build.
We cover all aspects of ultra-custom home building and renovations. We employ architects, engineers and designers to create beautiful, functional and intuitive designs and pair them with high-quality building techniques and superior craftsmanship. We have trusted subcontractors and highly skilled craftsmen on-staff, and stay up to date on the latest products, technology and construction processes. N.E.A.'s owner is an artist, architect, carpenter, mason and has 20 years of experience in all areas of the building industry.
PHILOSOPHY: An innate drive to build at the highest quality possible. Creative and intuitive "form-follows-function" design. Design problems are met as challenges, and on-site improvisation and "out-of-the-box" thinking drives all projects.
PROCESS: We communicate closely with our clients in order to bring their wishes to reality. We produce in-house hand-drawn and CGI renderings for many of our projects to give owners an accurate idea of the final product. We incorporate green products and procedures with integrated mechanical systems such as radiant heat and smart-home systems.
If you already have drawings, we're happy to work in tandem with your architect as your general contractor. If you haven't started designing yet, we'll take your project from concept to reality.

Very professional and fast. They built a beautiful deck out in under two weeks. We chose Trex decking and are extremely happy with the final result. Owner was very creative and the carpenters are experts with this product. Supervisor was very knowledgeable. Very impressed with the neatness of the backyard during the process. Whole thing was organized and well thought out. Project was drawn in advance and the payment structure was very fair. Very happy with NEA Construction and highly recommend.

Manny and his team did an excellent job building a custom deck for my new backyard. They did what they said they would do and they did it when they said they would. Although that sounds like it should be the standard we all know it is not. After having several contractors come to provide estimates I am glad I chose them to do the job. I am very happy with the end result and look forward to enjoying my new backyard for years to come.
