  If i could give him no stars I would. He is not trustworthy. He makes you believe he is saving you money by a payment plan he creates. In reality he is charging you more money. He talks really nice, I'm here to help you, don't worry we will do everything you paid for and want. He is only lining his pockets and giving you low end material with poor workmanship. House was totally renovated new roof, that's leaking and has mold. New bathroom leaking walls damaged and has mold. He built a wall in backyard, neglected to find out from town what he needed to do. The town came to inspect, told him he had to move the wall. he now wants to charge us to move it. The man should not have a contractor license. I

  My experience was horrible. I would not hire this contractor to hang a picture. He expressed if I paid him the whole job up front, I would get a significant discount because he then will loop my job with others and he buys in bulk. Is sounded good to me. Hey everyone's looking to save a buck and he was so sincere. Hell NO, I was dead wrong. This man took my money, demoed my property and that was it for weeks and weeks. What was supposed to be a 4-month job went into almost a year. I lost so much money. During this time period, I witnessed dozens of people liking for him needing paying jobs. From plumbers to electricians to masons and more. We went to pick up our windows and the company would not give them to us because our contractor bounced a check and owed them 1900 bucks. This is just a spoonful of the events that took place daily. More tears were shed and family arguments took place because of this man. He's been fined by my township and has a poor reputation with the inspectors for lying. Oh did I mention that he lies every chance he could get? Upon having to get inspections during my project, he was nowhere to be found. Left me high and dry. Do your homework people and if you're reading this and already gave this man money, get it back. I'm not just one disgruntled client, I know many many who have had even a worse experience. This man should not be allowed to do business.

  Terrible Work.....Terrible Quality

  Terrible! I would give negative stars if I could! Poor Poor quality work and now I'm paying double the expense to hire contractors to FIX his terrible work...terrible quality. He gives a great price, but is a complete liar and will jack up that price with this, that, this, that. Basically he is a swindler, liar, has a story for everything.....he gives a price for pavers but FORGOT to give the cost for the border pavers, or ran out and has to buy more....he always finds a way to banboozle more money for his estimate and I don't mean a couple hundred bucks, it's always a couple more thousand! Do not use this contractor....please trust me!

  I would not recommend this contractor to my worst enemy!
  I hired them as general contractor to do a huge project in a very old house. The original estimate was for $75,000. I did add a few things that added to the cost but the work that was done was very poor quality.
  The roof leaks.
  They ripped out the porch floor and never replaced it. I paid for the new floor ($1000) that they still have at their warehouse and they won't even drop it off so I can hire someone else to install it.
  They ripped out the driveway and never replaced it.
  They made a patio that is dangerous and has to be completely redone at my expense.
  The exterior painting was done so poorly that the entire house has to be sanded and repainted. They destroyed the wood so badly that many of the boards now have to be replaced.
  The finishing work inside the house was either not done or where it was done was a poor job.
  The sanding and refinishing of the interior floors was terrible. There are gouges in all the floors and the finish is already comings off in places.
  They killed a beautiful tree in the front yard.
  The subcontractor they hired to do the electrical was excellent and the carpenter that did the outside stairway and the basement stairway was good.
  I would give this business NO STARS. I can only submit this if there is a star rating so it shows one star.
