I met Joy while they were working on our neighbors home. I approached to ask if they could help our family. We have a ton of greenery including some beautiful palms - we know how to take very good care of. She and Nestor made arrangements, set a price, they came and spent almost 6 hours at our home and it was extremely beautiful when they left. What a great couple with outstanding work ethics. I highly recommend their services.

Our neighbors are regular clients of Nestor & Joy. We approached them in Jan. 2019 for an estimate for monthly weed whacking of a small sloped plot in the back yard. Initially, they serviced the slope for $30, but didn’t call us back after their trip abroad. When I saw them at our neighbor’s house recently, 4 months had already passed since their first visit. When I persisted and telephoned for an appointment, I was told they need to increase the monthly price to $40. On the day they arrived to survey the growth of over 4 months, they gave us an estimate of $200. However, eventually they agreed to $120, because 4 x $30 would’ve been $120. They also agreed to $30 thereafter instead of $49 and said they’d contact us every 4 weeks to service the slope. Once again, because they didn’t contact us, I telephoned them. Joy finally stated that they don’t want to service our slope anymore and that we need to find someone else. Although we’re disappointed in the overall outcome, the 3-stars are for their initial satisfactory servicing of the slope, for the second overdue visit, and because in general, they seem like decent people. Note that I’m giving them the benefit of the doubt. We suspect that the small job of weed whacking our slope may not have been revenue producing enough for them to consider us as regular clients.
