Andy, rebuilt my front walkway. Was on time, and did a great job! Andy also rebuilt my parents raised deck and they couldn't be happier with the way it looks and how it turned out. I know Andy came across some unexpected issues with part of the structure and presented my parents with a few options on how it could be corrected. I would not hesitate to give Central Oregon Construction's name to anyone needing work done on their home.

He promised completion within one week. It took him six weeks to put on the deck flooring. We had repeatedly questioned him regarding insufficient support to the deck underneath. He continued to reassure us it was sufficient. The deck ultimately collapsed and learned he did not have an active contractors' license. We are out $8400 paid to him and have to start over to pay someone else. BEWARE!!
