Quoted me one price and then charged me more. Stripped out screws and left some parts with no screws. Had to give him supplies that he should have brought himself. Finally, and the worst part, he put a hole in the liner while installing it and wouldn't install a new one without us paying him again. Didn't back his work at all. Stopped responding to my texts. I do NOT recommend Nachos Pools.

We recently had a pool liner put in. He was extremely rude. He worked quick, iL give him that, but the mess was unbelievable. Sand EVERYWHERE, the old liner was thrown all over the yard. We found a SCREW at the bottom of our pool we had to get out ASAP. There was sand all over the pool ledge. Gave us NO receipt and left so quickly we couldn’t even over look what he did. We were left with a disaster. DEF. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Pay the extra money and have a REAL company do the work !

We had them come out last year to install our new liner looked beautiful even tho after we filled it with water we noticed there were some rocks on the bottom u can feel thru the liner, it was okay I guess well we just saw the level on our pool thru the winter was really low, my husband said there must be a hole. I'm like how?? It was fine all summer with no problems except feeling a couple of rocks and roots on the bottom of the pool. Well we took the cover off and where the pool wall comes together there are bolts straight down.. and that's where all the holes r at straight down the row where every bolt is at!!!
My husband said they were supposed to put rubber over it or something to keep it from rubbing against it.. so basically bought new liner paid for it to be installed and only got to use it 1 year Thanks to this company installing it. ... -

They replaced my Aqua Leader Illusions pool liner 8 years ago. They are the only company I trust with this type of liner and highly recommend them.

They replaced a pool liner. Liner has wrinkled on the bottom. They told me they would return to remove the wrinkles. Yet they have not kept the appointment and I am still waiting for a call back. I hope they make good on their word to get the wrinkles out.

I would not recommend this contractor to anyone. I'm 5'1 F owning my own home and he didn't skip a beat to take advantage.
Nacho was hired to install my pool liner and our initial communication was professional and clear. On instillation day, Nacho showed up 3 hours early without notice. He provided some new coping strips and a new skimmer ring that he charged me and additional $80 for. He will provide a receipt for the replaced items or the installation. When he was finished, he charged me $450 ($325 +$80 does not equal $450). He wanted another $75 to hook up the filtration system. I ended up cleaning and sweeping the mess he left behind and then rolled my garbage can back to the alley. He basically charged me $150 an hour and I did the clean up (I also bought the liner). Who knows if the liner is even installed correctly at this point?! Not recommended. BBB will also have a report.
