    To build a 4400 sq ft house
    $200,000

    I hired Nader to build a house for us in 2018 and 2019. He took the first payment of 50k and disappeared for 2 months. When he showed up he asked for more money and it took him over a year to complete the project. Once he got fully paid and so far we can get him to come by and fix the electrical shorts in our house. State fire Marshall performed a safety audit and rejected the electrical wiring in the house. Nader is not making any attempt to fix the problem. He uses people that have no experience or proper license for the job. I had to pay for a port a pot for his workers. He is sloppy and dirty and make the property look like war zone. We have fire safety issues with electrical work after 3 months moving in the house.
