BEWARE--Nadkos uses cheap and used materials. Really bad construction. Has almost 50 building code violations.
Unscrupulous and shady developer, Nadkos Inc, hired by penny-pinching property owner, Andrey Shutov, has put up a 3 story structure that looks like it will fall down any minute. The work is so shoddy that the Department of Buildings has registered almost 50 violations and complaints against 2820 Avenue Z Brooklyn NY, where they are erecting the building--there are many outstanding violations still listed for the property. Be very wary of buying into the creative lies Andrey Shutov, the owner, will create to sell you basically a "beer cooler coated in stucco." The 6 tiny units are not worth the drawing paper the plans were composed on. Shutov is a conman, out to make a quick buck and the nefarious Nadkos and their 2nd- hand used materials show Shutov's take-your-money-and-run nature. Again, stay far away from this building company and the owner because you will definitely regret your purchase once the walls start falling down around your ears! Trust me--I have watched this horror day in and day out as I walk past it to Nostrand Avenue to shop. Pity the homeowner who has live next to it and for all the years it was a rat-infested abandoned lot. Beware of Nadkos Inc and Andrey Shutov!
