    demo

Tim failed to come one day, excusing himself for a family issue, then he failed to come the next weekend, and failed to tell me he wasn't coming until 10 pm. I responded to that message that this was frustrating and had been 3 weeks to remove a wood stove, the smoke stack, and fix the siding and drywall. The outside of my house doesn't have siding nor has it for weeks, just some stuff shoved into a hole to prevent water. Because I shared I was disappointed with his failure to appear, he reneged the second half of the project, to demo the area the fire place was in, which he agreed to do barter (his work for the stove and a new pool motor = $700-800 in value). So now I need a new contractor to finish the siding on my house, the inside wall repair, and the full demo. He also personally insulted me and then professionally insulted me after I fired him. DO NOT RECOMMED.

False review... I removed stack and repaired roof in one day and came back the following or day after that to remove stove...no store in a 50mile radius stocked the Double 4 1/2" dutchlap siding so I ordered from my supplier...The very beginning Ms Amanda was informed I was very busy and would remove a fireplace, stack, repair roof and soffits... So while waiting on siding to come in she began pushing me on a demo job that was NOT my job or on my contract, after her rude comment about being frustrated to demo a platform "that wasn't my job" which was a favor or "BARTER" I had no use for the motor pump but was going to do as a favor and I would have sold to get paid...so to shorting the story she and I didn't see eye to eye... I have a very long list of very happy clients that would defend me as being a very understanding person and go above and beyond for appreciative customers and have a great relationship which my clients...can't please everyone is a true statement
