Absolutely AVOID Nailed-It-GC for any insulation work. I hired them to insulate my attic and they completely messed it up. Not only did they install it incorrectly (placing it in the ceiling instead of the attic floor, which numerous other contractors confirmed is not correct) but when we questioned their method during installation, they assured us it was correct.
After getting confirmation about their mistake, I contacted them again to have it fixed. They refused to take responsibility and offered no solution. To top it all off, their communication throughout this ordeal has been condescending and unprofessional.
Do your research and avoid this company! Their work contradicts industry standards and their customer service is appalling. This simple fix will now cost me more money thanks to their incompetence. Save yourself the hassle and hire a qualified professional elsewhere.
