    Renovating Brownstone and Repair Brick Wall
    $80,000

    3 years ago, we hired this company to restore a brownstone building and they took over a year to finish. Their slow progress caused a lot of problems for the landlord and multiple disruptions for the tenants from just the scaffolding and dust. Rent had to be discounted as compensation.

    The job they did made a construction violation and the price for the summons to clear it was over $13,000.00. When we tried to contact them, they promised to take care of it, but we never received any compensation or communication from them. We ended up having to pay for this violation in their place and still no word from them.
