Kind, courteous and very knowledgable. Called them for service on a furnace installed by previous owner. Was able to quickly resolve minor issue and did so at no charge, even though labor warranty had expired a few weeks earlier.

Furnace went out in January. Called Romans a service person came and charged me $177. Furnace stopped working just as service person pulled off. Called and no one returned. Mr Ward was called (even though the previous the service person told me I needed to replaced my furnace) Mr Ward said the same but he did give me a fix (at no charge) until I could try to secure funding for an app I put in with the City's Strong Home Loan. (??) Long story short from Jan-April no furnace City process would have taken until Aug maybe. Sal and Mrs Ward came and installed and were wonderfull. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!
