    Addon sunroom

    We had an add-on/sunroom to our house and we have had a terrible time with Steve Nance and the worker he put on our job Jeff Maloof. Long story short, our roof and other aspects of the project were not done correctly. We are having to redo almost the entire project. The decking boards he put on for our ceiling he did not even screw in all the boards and still put shingles on top of them, but then didn't even nail in all the shingles. The first wind storm we have they would just blow off...guess this would be their way of getting more business by not building it right so it fails in a storm. Beware of this company. They also would not show up when they said they would and Jeff never had his materials with him so he sat around the job doing nothing, smoking for hours...he never had a ride home..one day he sat in my backyard for 4 hours and claimed he was waiting for a ride to come get him. When I called his boss Steve Nance he was just as bad. Still didn't come get him for another hour later! Do not hire them, they do horrible work with horrible customer service.

    Roof Replacement

    This company was extremely professional . The work crew was prompt and courteous. They did a great job on our roof! The pricing was fair , the roof looks great & by far the best cleanup after a major project. I would definitely use this company again! Steve Nance and his crew are very knowledgeable and it was a pleasure to do business with them!

    Nance Roofing did a great job replacing the roof on my house. We used their remodeling services to get a new kitchen as well. If you are looking for a great roofing or remodeling contractor I would give them a call.
