I would not use this paving company! They gave me a quote and I signed it. They promised to have the project done in August. In Sept I followed up on it. They said they have now visited my property and the job would now be higher. They thought said that they had not visited my house to make the quote. I was in a jam so I had little other choice than to work with them. After several delays and promises to get the work done they finally got it done.
The quote was given on 6/30/2021 with an expiration date of July 30,2021. I signed on July 15 2021 and became a contract at a specified price. The owner said, well when we went to your house and saw the job it was going to be more expensive.
This is extremely unethical. Proceed at your own risk.
