The review above is absolutely dead wrong!
Ive had multiple homes built with this company ranging from 500k to well over 2 million
The issue that the person above has is that she is an absolute drunk and should never be taken seriously and should be locked up in a mental hospital! She has never worked for anything in her life and is married to a push over who lets it happen!
Ask any contractor or sub on Marco Island and they will tell you the absolute truth about her attitude

Under no circumstances use this contractor. After 22 months of construction they abandoned the property leaving the inside and outside a mess including 51 empty paint cans located throughout the home. Multiple items are still incomplete and not functioning including the water heater, pool and generator. They don't pay their subs so only 2 of them have ever returned for any warranty items. They have refused to answer emails or phone calls and have never come close to finishing any punch list items. They should not be allowed to build anything!
Response from Naples Building Group LLC November 30, 2021This client was very difficult to deal with and her review is not true. The project was in fact delayed for months due to the local neighborhood regulation changes, the height of the Covid pandemic and changes made by clients themselves. All sub-contractors were in fact paid and a Certificate of Occupancy was issued. The paint cans referred to were in fact the owners brother in laws who they inserted mid project. The Subcontractors used were all thrilled to be finished with this job and we still, in fact, continue to work with them to this day. The job was never abandoned and we have always responded to calls if they were not threatening or belligerent.
