Don't ever use Napoles Irrigation if you need your sprinkler system repaired. EVER.
Last year they did some work on my system that required them to work on the connection between the underground line coming from the yard and my house line. They did crappy work and it gave way this spring. I wound up with $1900 in water bills. A lot of that got reimbursed by the water company, but it still cost a lot + a plumber + not having water over a holiday weekend.
Mr. Napoles refuses to take responsibility. He refuses to offer a cent of refund. What he has shown is that he is as much of a fraud as all the other scummy people in this city who want to run away with your money. Stay away. Far away.
