    Multi-Room Remodel project

    The project was to take 5 weeks and completed by 11/19. Two weeks after the project was to be completed, the only that had been done was the demolition and rough plumbing. When pressed for a schedule to complete the project, his response was that a schedule was not part of his contract! I informed Joe Napoli in no uncertain terms that that was not acceptable. Other contractors and supplies needed notice and the holidays were approaching. A week later no work had been done. When asked his response was that he was not coming back to the project he was pulling the permits. I have hired a crew changed the permits and will finish the work.
