Had an excuse for everything. Computer was broken so he could provide a quote. Did not complete the job when he said he could. Days after the agreed completion date. Sloppy work, switches and face plates are all crooked on the wall. Very unprofessional, used a lot of profanity towards his workers and smelled like alcohol every day. So bad I couldn't be in the same room as him. Only time he was punctual was when he wanted payment.
