They bricked our house in April 2020. Let's set aside the face that I spent scores of hours picking up the beer bottles their workers threw in my yard, the fact that they left full pallets of bricks slide into the mud until I restacked them, and their complete waste of about 40% of material delivered.
They failed to put flashing behind the brick leading to the weep holes to drain water. We've had leaks since our house was built, ruining walls and ceilings. Two roofers found the issue was poor brick craftsmanship, no flashing in weep holes, etc. When Nashville Brick Masons inspected the damage they said they could just seal up the weep holes if I signed a waiver of liability (knowing there were much more serious issues). If I wanted the issue fixed, I'd have to pay for it all. Our builder was terrible - abandoned us at the end and never finished construction and certainly didn't fix issues for the year after we bought the house. We had problems immediately and Nashville Brick Mason's response has been insulting. Poor workmanship and no accountability.
