They are extremely professional and get the job done properly. It's a large company so they have a proper showroom and clout with their subcontractors. They also have provided help and information after the fact.

Finished pool in May and since then have had issues with salt generator not making chlorine and pavers are cracking. We have been told all will be replaced but it has been a month since we have had any contact from them and nothing has been done. I cannot recommend a company that does not stand by their word or their work. I was constantly been told they will not abandon us but that is exactly what they have done.
